REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We do not offer return of items but we offer exchange. Our exchange policy last 7 days. if 7 days passed since your delivery, we can't offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for this exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packing.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For Global shipment exchange, send item to our physical office address provided. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipment to exchange item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned items for exchange.
Once received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you we have received your item for exchange and a coupon will be added to your account.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. sale items cannot be exchanged.
